may777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your may777 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

may777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. may777 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Platform's operation or the information, content, or materials included therein.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude may777's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

may777 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

may777 is committed to protecting your personal information in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
